Carnitas

This Mexican style pork is tender, juicy and offers robust flavor - it's perfect on a taco or over a salad. Carnitas means "little meat" in Spanish and earned its name because the meat is pulled after being braised and seasoned.

One portion is built to feed one person with a hearty appetite or two lighter eaters, such as children. View our Portion Chart for more information!
