Coconut Custard Pie (Bake and Serve)


The smooth creamy coconut filling of this pie is complemented by a toasted layer of shredded coconut that can be enjoyed warm or chilled. Pairing this Coconut Custard Pie with a delicious cup of our Delco Dad French Roast Coffee is the perfect way to end any meal.

Simply bake and serve!

Baking Instructions

1. Place a sheet pan in the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Remove the frozen pie from its box and remove the overwrap. NOTE: To repair cracked or broken dough, moisten with warm water and press over damaged area.

3. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until filling temperature reaches 165 degrees.

4. Remove sheet pan and pie from oven and cool to room temperature (about one hour) before serving.

5. Pie can be stored in your refrigerator for 3 days after baking.
