Instructions & Tips
Do not defrost before reheating. If you want to reheat in-bag, place the bag in boiling water until the clams open (8-10 min). Open the bag and pour out the clams and juice. If you want to reheat out of the bag, cut the bag and remove the clams. Steam or sautee until the clams start to open up (6-8 min). You can also reheat them in the microwave, just cut a small hole in the bag, place the bag in the microwave with the hole facing up, and microwave 5-7 min until the clams open up.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with garlic, butter, or a wine sauce.
