Delivery of meals can be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and inventory issues. While 98% of our orders are shipped according to the information below, it is advisable that you reach out to us if you have a specific delivery requirement.
Our meals are shipped in insulated containers packaged with enough dry ice to keep everything frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery, in normal weather conditions. We understand that you have a life and may not be home when your package arrives!
